Google Pixel model archive · 2026
Pixel 10a continues the affordable branch with a flatter design and Tensor G4. That processor detail matters: the a-series model shares the Pixel 10 name, but it does not simply inherit the Tensor G5 platform from the conventional Pixel 10 launch family.

Generation at a glance
- Google Tensor G4
- 6.3-inch Actua display, up to 120Hz
- Gorilla Glass 7i and an IP68 rating when new
- Lavender, Berry, Fog and Obsidian launch colours
Do not let the generation number do all the work
A family number is a useful label, not a complete technical description. Pixel 10a is a clear example of why a buying guide should spell out the processor and hardware rather than assume them. Compare it with the phone you would actually buy at the same price. A less expensive model can be the better fit, but that decision depends on the display, camera requirements, support period and condition as well as the name.
Which version is which?
Pixel 10a is a separate affordable model, announced in February 2026 with March availability. It is distinct from Pixel 10, 10 Pro, 10 Pro XL and 10 Pro Fold. Those conventional and folding models do not share every component with the 10a. Use the full name for accessory fit and when checking a retailer’s specification table.
Looking at one today
Inspect the screen and camera cover and test the phone with your usual text size and apps. Check charging, fingerprint unlocking and calls on the intended network. An IP68 rating describes controlled tests on an intact device, not permission to ignore liquid damage or a repair history. Compare warranty and storage alongside the headline price, especially if a previous main-series Pixel is discounted nearby.
